As our pieces are made to order through a preorder system, we do not offer standard returns or refunds once production has begun.

For international orders, shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Orders can be modified or cancelled until the preorder window closes.
After this point, production begins and no further changes can be made.

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer store credit, subject to review.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

As all pieces are produced on demand, items are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Refunds are only issued in the case of confirmed defects or order errors.
